Actors including Lindsay Wagner and Alaina Huffman and comics creators including Tony Harris and Gail Simone will take the stage at Planet Comicon next weekend. Event promoter Chris Jackson has released the schedule of panel events which were developed in collaboration with Kansas City Comics’ own Kirk Chritton.
“We’re very excited about this line-up,” Chritton said. “I think it’s the most star-studded series of panels we’ve had since I got involved with the show four years ago. Plus, we expect to be able to announce some other exciting panelists as soon as confirmations come in.”
Planet Comicon is scheduled for March 26 – 27. The event will be held at the Overland Park International Trade Center. Adult weekend passes are available at the event for $20.

12:00-12:50 p.m. – Boba Fett Double Feature: Join the actors who brought Boba Fett to life in the Star Wars movies. Jeremy Bulloch (The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi) and Daniel Logan (Attack of the Clones) discuss their portrayal of the battling bounty hunter and answer your questions. 3:00-3:50 p.m. – The Damsels of Dorkington: The Damsel’s of Dorkington make their first Planet Comicon appearance! Three lovely ladies Rissy, Blythe and Dani – plus Jeff, the guy they keep around because he looks good in a dress – will strut their stuff with a singing, dancing, juggling variety show. They perform a wide selection of songs, including hilarious parodies of pop tunes and their own numbers. Hits such as “I Kissed a Nerd” by Blythe and Rissy have been featured on Dr. Demento’s Top Ten List.
4:00-4:50 p.m. – Supernatural Suspense and Hardboiled Heroes: Comics writer Jason Aaron and artists Tony Moore and Ron Garney discuss their many projects, including Scalped, Ghost Rider, Wolverine: Weapon X, Fear Agent, and The Walking Dead!
